Required Skills
- Excellent hands-on experience in any of the Ruby/Python or Perl
- Capability to write optimised code using advance constructs ( e.g. optimal use of
class/objects/methods , try/except etc , supported native data structures, lazy
evaluation, file handling, regular expressions )
- Ability to write code in one go
- Shell scripting – with strong hands on experience on following –
- For , while loop, combining commands with pipe operator, grep, wc, find etc.
- File permissions, writing own services, log files management, space management
- Mounting devices, LVM ( nice to have ) , private-public key concepts, telnet
- Working capacity remotely ( over ssh / scp etc. ), file handling
- Strong understanding of Data Structures with capacity to write operation on
- Link list, Tree , Arrays
- Excellent hands on experience on Unix/Windows with capability to administrate at all
level
- Knowledge of Chef, Jenkins, Cassandra, Kubernetes, Docker, Sensu is an added
advantage
