Requirement:
- 5 years – Experience working as a DevOps Engineer or Support Analyst with a DevOps mindset and a deep understanding of the CI/CD process and SDLC
- Experience supporting multiple DevOps tools, including troubleshooting and incident resolution, such as GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins/Bamboo, Nexus/RT
- Experience in managing software remediation/installations/updates/upgrades on many Windows and Linux assets
- Experience with cloud technologies such as AWS/Azure, K8s, Docker
- Experience supporting Java, Microsoft Visual Studio, Visual Studio Code, and Microsoft .NET
- Experience automating BAU activities with Ansible/ PowerShell/Python
- Experience using tools such as Splunk, ServiceNow and JIRA is a plus
- Experience in conducting postmortem analysis and providing RCA
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to quickly learn and adopt new tools, as necessary.
- Knowledge of ITIL processes – Incident/Change/Problem management.
- Has DevOps mindset by working collaboratively with development and operations team and work towards continuous improvements.
Qualifications:
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Perform software remediation tasks on Linux/Windows assets by configuring the Ansible/PowerShell/python scripts
- Perform BAU tasks such as installations/updates/upgrades/patching etc on Windows and Linux assets
- Setup CI/CD pipeline for application requests and provide support.
- Troubleshoot Bamboo/Jenkins build issues and fix/provide guidance.
- Configure and troubleshoot Atlassian tools and other tools.
- Participate in outage calls and provide support.
- Work closely with Engineering team and provide support in automation tasks.
- Work on SNOW/JIRA incident/tasks/changes to meet the SLA’s.
