• BA/ BBA/ B.Sc/ BCA/ BBM/ B.Com; Diploma/ BE/ B.Tech – Any Disciplines
• 2017/ 2018/ 2019/ 2020/ 2021/ 2022 Batch
• Good communication skills in writing, Oral and verbal.
• Good computer knowledge, and good typing speed.
• Any candidate Fresher or more than six months of BPO voice process would be considered.
• Flexible to work in 24*7 environments, comfortable working night shifts.
• Candidate should be comfortable working with WFO as per business requirements.
• Basics of computer and knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and the latest operating systems
• Typing 30 WPM and 80% accuracy.

Job Description:

Tech Mahindra hiring Graduate/Undergraduate and Fresher/Experience candidates who are willing to join immediately in Blended Process for the position of Customer Support Executive.

• Have to resolve customer queries over Email and Calls
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.
