What you’ll be doing…
- Analyzing business requirements, and creating technical design documents that are in accordance with the company’s architecture standards.
- Identifying and aligning project requirements and conducting impact analysis.
- Collaborating with the business teams, external vendors, and other internal IT teams to deliver projects on time.
- Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code.
- Performing hands-on coding work on projects to introduce new modular, reusable Service/API or enhancing the existing ones.
- Optimizing components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers
- Creating configuration, build, and test scripts for Continuous Integration environments.
- Writing tested, idiomatic, documented components along with extensive unit tests using automated TDD tasks.

Where you’ll be working…
In this hybrid role, you’ll have a defined work location that includes work from home and assigned office days set by your manager.
What we’re looking for…
You’ll need to have:
- Bachelor’s degree or one or more years of work experience.
- Experience in Java, Spring Boot, DevSecOps, RDBMS, Agile Methodologies.
- Experience in Cloud (AWS/GCP), Docker, K8S, Kafka, Python.
Even better if you have one or more of the following:
- A Master’s degree.
- Ability to create efficient database solutions, optimize existing DB architect.
- Ability to work in an ambiguous environment and thrive.
- Ability to clearly articulate and influence stakeholders.
- Working experience in SAFe Agile model.
- Knowledge of functional automation tools and good thought process on quality.
- Knowledge of security concepts, ideas to implement vulnerable free code, network elements, network concepts, architecture, design and ability to guide the team
- Experience in leading and managing teams by delivering products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
