PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Love what you do & be an integral part of our family that is forging a new path in IoT technology;
- Respond to support tickets that are escalated for engineering support, including bug fixes and data fixes;
- Find, isolate, document, and track bugs to ensure they are successfully logged and prioritized for resolution;
- Test engineering fixes/solutions on cross platform software products for use on mobile, web, & tablet;
- Interpret and report resolution results, and be a vocal proponent for quality in every phase of the support process;
- Assist with property & account set-ups;
- Contribute to software development of property & user reports & integrated operations systems;
- Foster a “shipping” culture by collaborating with team members, understanding deadlines and expectations, and identifying roadblocks early;
- Understand and utilize our production deployment systems;
- Prioritize tasks well and synchronize with team, project management, and product owner;
- Provide real-time support during United States business hours (9am-5pm US Eastern Standard Time)
- Work effectively in an Agile environment;
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a software developer;
- Proficient with Python development;
- Proficient with Django framework
- Familiar with Typescript and React or Angular.
- Capable of completing thorough support & testing of solutions with minimal oversight within a reasonable time-frame;
- Able to communicate progress and blockers with team and management, collaborating to work through issues and complete tasks;
- Quick to learn new, complex systems and technologies;
- Excited to be a linchpin for this fast growing segment of our business.
- You will have to work in night Shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST | 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST)

PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- 2+ years of professional experience as a software developer;
- Proficient with Python development and Django framework
- Familiar with Typescript and React or Angular.
- You will have to work in night Shift (8:00 PM to 4:00 AM IST | 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM EST)
- Location will be Hyderabad (Hybrid)
