Job Description & Responsibilities:-
Deliver voice, email, and chat-based technical support.
Conduct online demos and customer trainings.
Requirement gathering and analysis.
Respond to RFI requests and timely follow-up with contacts.
Provide POC to leads.
Deliver accurate and timely solutions to customers.
Willingness to work night shifts.
Preferred skill:
Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
ready to work for 24*7 shifts with outstanding customer handling skills.
good understanding of modern IT management,
ITSM concepts, exposure in Microsoft OSs
basic networking concepts, knowledge in Windows OS/applications
